AL DORANTES Al Dorantes procrastinates in Herkimer, NY. A one-time football coach, a former short order cook, and a businessman, Al brings his own brand of country baroque, redneck black humor to the page in comics and prose. He waits for the big break with his wife Angie, son, Al Jr. and great dane pup, Shadow. PHIL JULIANO Phil Juliano has been cartooning and drawing comics since age twelve, when he first picked up a copy of Savage Sword of Conan #104. In 1999 he co-founded the independent comic book company Luchador Enterprises with Al Dorantes. One of his more recent projects, Best in Show, was inspired by his eight month old chocolate lab, Spencer. Phil lives in Syracuse, NY with his girlfriend and his "vehicle to cartoon fame and fortune."
